  • Anyone who wants to use STAR Transportation can call 665-9856 or email to star@steubencoa.org to schedule pickup. Trips are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • STAR is the only public transportation system available in Steuben County and it is open to everyone living in the county. There is no age requirement for the service.
